Product Overview

CL Engine Telegraph System is a device for sending and answering main engine speed command and execution in the cockpit and engine room. It has the advantages of flexible configuration, reducing the number of cable cores and saving cable cost, etc. It is suitable for all kinds of ships to be used as the main car clock or emergency car clock.

Function

1、Stage: CL type transmitter clock is divided into eleven stages, i.e. enter one, enter two, enter three, enter four, enter five, stop, finish the car, prepare the car, retreat one, retreat two, retreat three, retreat four, retreat five. If the receiving and sending sides are not synchronized, the position indicator flashes, and there are sound and light alarm and external sound output. When synchronized, it is always on.

2. Loss of power alarm: When the main power supply (AC220V) loses power, it will automatically switch to another way (DC24V), and at the same time, the transmitter clock will send out sound and light alarm signals, and the sound can be silenced by pressing the “silence” key. When the main power supply is restored to normal, the alarm will be withdrawn automatically.

3、Dimming: Press the “Dimmer” key to adjust the indicator to the appropriate brightness.

4, backlight: press the “backlight” key, adjust the backlight to the appropriate brightness.

5, test light: press the “test light” key, the lights are all lit to test its good or bad.

6、Missing alarm: When the host operates in the wrong direction, the miss-truck LEDs of the transmitter and receiver will flash, and the miss-truck sound and light alarm and output closure contact will be issued to warn the host of the wrong operation. After the host corrects the wrong operation. The wrong car alarm is automatically withdrawn.

7、Unlock key: In each order, first press the “unlock” key on the panel, the unlock light is on, then press the desired gear position within 5 seconds, if more than 5 seconds, the unlock light is off, you need to press the “unlock” key again to operate. The 6# switch of SW101 on the circuit board can make the transmitter or receiver unlocked all the time. When the other party does not answer, the panel indicator light flashes, while the buzzer sounds, the transmitter can be silenced by the “silence” key; after the other party correctly answers, the panel indicator light flat, the buzzer stops sounding.

8、Return order key: Press the “return order” key on the receiver in the control room to transfer the return order right to the receiver in the control room, and press the “return order” key on the receiver beside the machine to transfer the return order right to the receiver beside the machine.
