1. Product Features    1.1 Wide operating voltage range of AC 160~250V and wide operating frequency range of 20~100Hz to ensure charging even at low engine speeds (idle speed). Users can directly replace the onboard charger or charge from the mains. ;

1.2 Wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and capable of operating in humid environments with up to 98% RH without condensation;

1.3 Constant-current fast charging: When the voltage of the battery being charged falls below the set value (12V for a 12V battery pack, 24V for a 24V battery pack), the charger provides rapid charging to the battery at the maximum constant current. If the engine is started and operates during charging, the starting current is very high (approaching a short circuit for the charger), but the charger’s constant-current characteristic prevents damage to the equipment. (Characteristics as shown in Figure 1 constant current segment);

1.4 Current Limiting: When the voltage of the battery being charged approaches full charge (≥12V for a 12V battery pack, ≥24V for a 24V battery pack), the charging current is automatically limited (characteristics as shown in Figure 1 constant voltage segment);

1.5 Trickle Float Charging: When the battery voltage reaches the float charging setpoint (approximately 13.8V for 12V and 27.6V for 24V), the system automatically switches to float charging mode, with a current of approximately 0.1–0.2A (dependent on the power consumption of the simultaneously powered devices);

1.6 Charge termination: When the battery voltage reaches the full charge setpoint (14V for 12V, 28V for 24V), the charging output is completely shut off;

1.7 Overcurrent and Short-Circuit Protection: The charger features comprehensive overcurrent and short-circuit protection. Even when the battery has a large capacity (with extremely low internal resistance), in the event of a load short-circuit, or when the charger is connected to the mains for charging while the battery simultaneously starts a diesel engine, the output remains a constant current without causing damage. Therefore, when the battery is used as a starting power source, the charger does not need to be disconnected.

1.8 Soft-start function: Due to the system’s soft-start design, there will be no significant sparks caused by power-on surges. Additionally, when the charger is already connected online, it will not cause interference to the power supply system upon initial power connection.
