The detector mainly collects the concentration of leaked gas through gas sensor components and transmits it to the control circuit in the form of an electrical signal. After amplification calculation, the text data is displayed in digital form for easy viewing and recording.

The gas sensor is made of platinum wire and porous ceramic catalytic beads. The principle is

to use the characteristic of platinum wire with regular changes in resistance at different temperatures to measure the concentration of combustible gases in the environment. When combustible gas enters the catalytic combustion element, under the action of the catalyst, the temperature of the ceramic catalytic bead increases, driving the temperature of the platinum wire to increase, thereby increasing the resistance and applying chemical principles to test the chemical changes in the contact signal of the electrolyte. During measurement, the voltage received by the measuring element also increases accordingly. By calibrating the instrument with pure air and measuring point gases, the concentration of combustible gases can be accurately obtained. As shown in Figure B:
